Liquid Honey

Wildflower Honey

Our honeybees source nectar from the wildflowers blossoms of Guysborough, Pictou and Antigonish County, Nova Scotia . Generally, it is a mild tasting honey due to the flower sources that are available. All of our honey is minimally processed meaning that all of the natural occurring health benefits are not destroyed. All honey will crystallize over time and can be returned to a liquid by gently warming. You can also freeze honey, it will freeze solid as a liquid and will not crystallize for almost a year. Just thaw to use (in case you plan to stock up)
